All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. Please expect seven days for delivery time after your order is shipped.  Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder.

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days (unused) for a full refund
of the purchase price.  If the kit contains food or water items it cannot be returned as we cannot resell.
